Stationwise provides intuitive staffing software, purpose-built for the industry by the son of a second-gen fire captain. We stand apart from our competition by offering transparent pricing, lean timelines, and service fitting for those who serve.

Our core staffing tool, we believe, is just that good. The core staffing tool includes software designed for your unique union rules, payroll and timecard support with real-time budget analytics, messaging capabilities with read receipts, and (soon) interactive map views built with Arc-GIS. The tool accommodates table stakes functionality, such as staffing from voluntary and overtime lists, trading shifts, requesting time off, and launching strike teams, among others. If you need it, we’ve built it or will be building it soon.

We intend our staffing solution to be the foundation of your software platform. We integrate with everything from CAD to RMS to payroll to email. And, here’s the real kicker, we price-in our integrations. We do the leg-work of connecting directly through APIs or navigating CSV uploads without charging you extra.

We want you to feel comfortable that our product is best-in-class. To do so, we provide two demo options to dive deep into our product design and functionality. We start with a virtual demo to get a sense of your needs and then get into the weeds with an in-person product exploration session. We also offer a demo sandbox environment with a 30-day window to allow you to test out the functionality, with varying levels of access from Battalion Chief, Captain, and Firefighter.

When we say that onboarding is white-glove we really mean it. We work with the data you have in whatever form you have it. We pride ourselves on moving fast to get you into a testing environment, porting over the critical employee, shift, and department information first to get the wheels rolling on the staffing side. Then, we work on getting the historical information into the tool to ensure you are able to look back in addition to looking forward.

We are obsessed with data security. To ensure your critical staffing software data never again disappears, we partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to store your data securely. We adhere to the most rigorous industry standards, including HIPAA (for medical data) AES-256 (data encryption), and are in the process of attaining our SOCII (for all types of data).

We are here to make software work for you. It is our foundational belief that software should provide you the right data to allow you to make the right decisions, without spending too much time behind a desk. During the onboarding process, we ensure that your rules (however wacky they may be) are coded into the tool. If you have a rule around max number of actors, we’ve got you covered already. If you need to ensure that certain certifications are met per apparatus, we’ve got that as well. Make us, and the tool, do the heavy lifting.

We’re just getting started. We went to market with our core staffing solution in Q12024. Now, we’re building out the bells and whistles that make our tool even more powerful. Certification tracking, overtime heat maps, real-time mapping views, and health dashboards based on real staffing data are all slated for development.
